1. Scope and Provider

1.1 These Terms of Service apply to all contracts concluded through our online shop julosw.com and to the use of our website. The contract is concluded between you as the customer and:

In these terms, "we", "us" and "julosw.com" refer to Sanifons UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

1.2 The version of these Terms of Service that is valid at the time you place your order applies.

1.3 We do not accept any conflicting or differing terms of the customer, even if we do not expressly object to them.

1.4 Our products are intended for consumers and for private use only. Commercial resale of our products is not permitted.

2. Conclusion of the Contract

2.1 The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. It is an invitation for you to place an order.

2.2 By clicking the button "Buy now" (or a button with similar wording) at the end of the checkout process, you submit a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. Before submitting, you can review and correct all of your entries at any time.

2.3 After receiving your order, we will send you an automatic email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not yet mean that we have accepted your order, unless we expressly declare acceptance in the same email.

2.4 The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending a separate order acceptance or shipping confirmation by email, or by dispatching the goods.

2.5 If a product you ordered is not available, for example because it is out of stock, we will not accept the order and no contract will be concluded. We will inform you immediately and refund any payment you have already made without delay.

2.6 The contract language is English. We save the contract text and send you the order details by email. You can also print or save these Terms of Service at any time on our website.

3. Prices

3.1 All prices shown in our online shop are final prices in euros and include the statutory value added tax.

3.2 Any shipping costs are shown separately in the checkout before you submit your order. The total price including VAT and shipping is always displayed before you place your order.

4. Delivery and Shipping

4.1 We deliver exclusively to addresses within Germany. Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Germany or France.

4.2 We offer two shipping options:

Standard shipping is free of charge. Delivery usually takes 4 to 5 business days.

Insured express shipping costs 4.95 EUR. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days, and the parcel is covered by shipping insurance during transit.

4.3 Delivery times begin on the day after we receive your payment. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the next business day applies instead.

4.4 If your order contains several items, we may ship them in separate parcels at no extra cost to you.

4.5 If a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Any additional costs for a second delivery may be charged to you.

4.6 Please check your parcel for visible damage upon delivery and let us know about any transport damage as soon as possible by email at support@julosw.com. This helps us make a claim against the carrier. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected if you do not do this.

5. Payment

5.1 You can pay using the payment methods offered in our online shop at the time of your order. The available methods are shown during checkout.

5.2 Payment is due immediately when the order is placed. Where a third party payment provider is used, their terms and conditions apply in addition.

5.3 You may only offset claims against our claims if your counterclaims have been legally established, are undisputed or arise from the same contract. You may only exercise a right of retention if your counterclaim arises from the same contract.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal as described below.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.

End of the withdrawal policy

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to cosmetics, personal care products and wellness products whose seal or protective packaging has been opened. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, such as personalised gift boxes.

8. Returns

To make the return process as smooth as possible, please contact us at support@julosw.com before sending anything back. We will send you the return address and all the information you need. Please do not send returns to our business address without contacting us first. This is not a condition for exercising your right of withdrawal.

9. Warranty

9.1 The statutory warranty rights apply. Warranty claims for defects in the goods expire two years after delivery of the goods.

9.2 If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@julosw.com, ideally with a photo of the item and your order number, so we can find a solution for you quickly.

10. Product Information

Many of our products are cosmetics, personal care or wellness products. Please always read the product description, ingredient list and instructions for use before using a product. If you have known allergies, sensitive skin or any health concerns, please check the ingredients carefully and, if in doubt, consult a doctor or pharmacist. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

11. Liability

11.1 We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, and in accordance with the German Product Liability Act.

11.2 In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of an essential contractual obligation, meaning an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance you may regularly rely. In this case, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

11.3 Beyond this, our liability is excluded. The limitations of liability also apply to the personal liability of our employees, representatives and vicarious agents.

12. Use of Our Website

12.1 You agree to use our website only in accordance with the law and these Terms of Service.

12.2 If you post content on our website, for example a product review, you grant us a non exclusive, free of charge right to use, publish and display this content in connection with our online shop. You may revoke this right at any time by contacting us.

12.3 You will indemnify us against all claims by third parties that are based on a culpable breach of these Terms of Service by you.

13. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, logos, graphics and other content on julosw.com are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. Any use, copying or distribution without our prior written consent is not permitted.

14. Links to Third Party Websites

Our website may contain links to external websites over which we have no control. We are not responsible for the content of these websites. Links are provided for convenience only and do not mean that we endorse the content.

15. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and applicable German data protection law. You can find more information in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms of Service with effect for the future, for example due to changes in the law, case law, technical developments or our business model. The version valid at the time of your order always applies to that order.

17. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

17.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in another country, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected.

17.2 If you have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, move your residence or habitual abode outside Germany after concluding the contract, or your residence is unknown at the time a claim is filed, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Otherwise, the statutory provisions on jurisdiction apply.

18. Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a complaint, please contact us directly at support@julosw.com. We are always happy to find a fair solution together.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
