We want you to love everything you order from julosw.com. If something is not quite right, we are here to help. Below you can find everything you need to know about returns, withdrawals and refunds.
Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days begin on the day you, or a person named by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period begins when you receive the last parcel.
To withdraw, simply let us know with a clear statement, for example by email to support@julosw.com or by letter to the address below. You are welcome to use the model withdrawal form in our Terms of Service, but this is not required. It is enough to send your message before the 14 days have passed.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, some products cannot be returned once their seal or protective packaging has been opened. This applies in particular to cosmetics, skin care, personal care and wellness products.
Personalised gift boxes and other items made to your individual wishes are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can of course be returned within the withdrawal period.
How to Return an Item
1. Send us an email at support@julosw.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. We will reply with the return address and all the information you need. Please do not send returns to our business address without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.
3. Pack the items securely, ideally in their original packaging, and send them back within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
Return Shipping Costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we will of course cover the return costs.
Your Refund
Once you have withdrawn from your purchase, we will refund all payments we received from you, including the original standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. If you chose insured express shipping, the additional express fee of 4.95 EUR is not refunded, as it goes beyond our standard delivery.
We may hold back the refund until we have received the returned items or until you have shown us proof that you sent them back, whichever happens first.
Your refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your original purchase, unless we agree on something else with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the money to appear in your account.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this is caused by handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as expected, please contact us at support@julosw.com as soon as possible. It helps us a lot if you include your order number and a few photos of the item and the packaging. We will find a solution for you quickly, whether that is a replacement or a refund.
Your statutory warranty rights apply in all cases. Claims for defects expire two years after delivery.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item as described above and place a new order.
